Order Processing
All orders are processed within 12 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Once processed, orders shipped within the United States are delivered within 2–5 business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are delivered within 10–15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@zerochill.shop and we'll do our best to help.
