Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After this window has passed, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Returns

If you've missed the 12-hour cancellation window, your order will be fulfilled and shipped as normal. Once you receive it, you may ship the item(s) back to us in unworn, unwashed, and original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you are eligible for a free replacement at no additional cost. No need to ship the item back.

To file a claim, contact us at support@zerochill.shop within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund: items returned without prior contact, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and orders returned outside of our accepted timeframe.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take 5–7 business days after approval.
